Well, i juz witnessed a time wasting FINALS of the tiger cup, now called the asean championship. How so? Well, ten mins left of the game, aproximately 55 thousand people at the Kallang Stadium and possibly 1 million viewers at home, were left dumb-founded for a good 15 mins, as the whole thai soccer team trudge off the pitch in an attempt to oppose the referee's decision of giving Singapore a penalty.
For goodness sake. All these things are part of the game. Even if the referee was wrong, it is still part of the game. Life GOES on. Firstly, ure not manchester united, whom half the world worships, so walking out of the pitch is simply a no-no and not something you should invent. Secondly, its even WRONG just to walk out of the pitch in protest. Wheres the sportsmanship? Well at least Singapore won cuz frankly, i think it will do Singapore more justice if they won like 5-1 or something.
Thumbs down to the people who spoilt the beautiful game and language we all commonly speak.

Puzzle of My Heart
Everytime we meet,
The picture is complete,
But everytime we touch,
The feeling is too much.
She's all i ever need,
To fall in love again.
I knew it from the very start,
She's the puzzle of my heart.
Hmm.. ponder... ponder... ponder =)

Relationships in JC
Ah wells the name speaks for itself, yes relationship in JCs, well actually not just JCs but in secondary schools as well and possibly polytecnics.
Well often than not, teenagers tend to take relationships too seriously, especially considering their age, their ability to provide for themselves (a stable job, therefore let alone their counterparts), and their maturity.
One thing's for sure, I'm an immature spoilt brat. Which is why i don't happen to be in a relationship. As appeared in the Sunday Times, a guy was deperate over giving his girlfriend the wrong impression and was not hessitant to show his 'seriousness' over her. Well lets analyse this carefully. Firstly, both the guy and the girl are of the same age and are studying in the same college. Let us assume that all goes well. They will both graduate at the same time and would have spent 2 happy years together. However (gosh this is sounding like an econs essay), very soon the girl will be going off either overseas to study or may end up in a local university. The guy will then have to serve his 2 years in national service. Well lets just say all still go well and coincidentally, they meet in the same college either overseas or locally.
But things take a twist this time around. Because the guy and girl haven met for like 2 years, the girl gets tired of waiting and meets other nicer looking and probably smarter guys. And yes she dates them. Furthermore, the guy enters the varsity as the girl's junior. How awkward would that be for both parties!
So here is the guy now in JC and spending all his allowance on his girlfriend, without knowledge that such things could happen to him in the future. So guys, save ur money for a rainy day or probably for your future education and go easy on relationships, they are meant to be for FUN in JC and not something so serious that you'll die over it.
Because we have to face reality, relationships in JC do NOT last! So if you feel that that particular girl who is attractive, has great assets, slender legs, nice pretty face, and you want to make her your wife, be patient! Here's a tip. Try dating her when you are earning a 5/6 figure salary and she'll most probably be yours for the keeping! =)
Well that's all the gibberish i have for now! cheerios!

Merry New Year!
Well sometimes i just stop to ponder. What is so good and merry about a new year?
1. This means you are OLDER (especially sensitive to people above the age of 50)
2. This means you have to out-perform your previous year (so if you won a gold medal at your last school meet, this time u gotta win 2!)
3. Its the end of the holidays! Back to school! (YAY)
4. There is a high possibility that your girlfriend of 1 year has gotten sick of you and decides to dump you
However, try not to fall off the wrong side of your bed as I did so that morning (thus coming up with the above list). As the benefits simply outweigh the detriments! (gosh so essay like ><)
1. You get another shot at your birthday! (more presents)
2. You can start learning how to drive! (for those who turns 18)
3. You are of the legal age of consent! (for the raging hormonal ones)
4. You get to be the senior of the school!
5. You have an entire new year to make full use of!
So whilst everyone is busy making new year resolutions, i'm here to rant on about my all encompassing life, procrastinating and wasting my youth away ><. But here are some i guess.
1. Try to be punctual especially on assignments
2. Qualify for Masters in A division
3. Bring home the 4 As in GCEA Levels ^^
Yupp so thats all from me i guess =) here's wishing everyone all the best!
